Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.
Shipping Rates (U.S. Orders)
- A flat $7.95 shipping and handling fee applies to all U.S. orders under $75.
- Free shipping is available on U.S. orders of $75 or more.
Shipping Carrier
Almost all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery window of 2–5 business days for most U.S. orders after processing.
Order Tracking
To track your order, please use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used when placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, please use your tracking number to contact USPS directly for updates. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local post office.
